Yongsheng New Journey, 5S Management Start in an All-round Way

Fading the rain and ushering in the new dawn, Yongsheng New Material Co., Ltd. held the "5S Management" on the afternoon of March 12, 2019 to further promote high quality management, increase work efficiency, standardize the work site, establish the corporate image, improve the overall quality of employees, eliminate unnecessary waste, and create an efficient, safe, harmonious and comfortable working environment. The mobilization meeting was attended by the relevant heads of departments and all staff.

 

"5S management" is a modern enterprise management mode. 5S is also known as "the Five Constant Principles", which includes SEIRI, SEITON, SEISOU, SEIKETSU and SHITSUKE. Applying 5S lean concept to realize steady improvement of management. Management and staff at all positions responded positively to the call, participated actively and signed one after another. The convening of this conference marked Yongsheng New Material launched the "5S Management" work in an all-round way.
